Freeing a seat removes that symbol/account pair so the seat can be taken by another one. The bot on that chart stops opening new positions at its next check-in, but keeps hedging, trailing and closing whatever is already open — a seat change is never allowed to liquidate a live basket. You can do this three times per 30 days; beyond that, message support and we do it by hand.

Lost your key? Message support from the address you paid with and we will resend it. Billing itself — card changes, cancelling — is handled where you paid: your Whop account, or the billing link in your receipt email. To withdraw from a purchase, use withdraw from contract here.
